Welcome to Excellent services, established in January 2018! We are a leading digitizing services company with a talented team of 30 professionals. Among our staff, we have 15 dedicated full-time digitizers, 10 quality assurance experts, and 12 supportive staff members, including our friendly customer service representatives. The remaining team members handle administration and sampling tasks.

We take great pride in our ability to handle approximately 100 designs per day, ensuring prompt and efficient service for our valued customers. Our primary focus is on serving Embroiderers and Apparel Manufacturers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

When it comes to digitizing, we work with some of the most advanced software in the industry, such as Wings from Gunold, Wilcom, Pulse and Ethos. By digitizing your designs with the final production in mind, we ensure that the digitized files we provide run seamlessly on your equipment, minimizing thread breaks and maximizing productivity by up to 10% to 15%.

To guarantee exceptional quality, we take the extra step of sewing out each design ourselves. This enables us to thoroughly test and fine-tune the digitized file until we are completely satisfied with its performance on the machine. Only when we're confident in its smooth run will we send you the digitized file.

Additionally, if you'd like, we can even provide you with an image of the sew-out for each design that you send us. This allows you to visualize how the design will look when stitched, giving you an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments or approvals.
