At our company, ensuring top-quality digitizing services at affordable prices is our primary goal. That's why our Quality Control function plays a crucial role in our operations. We firmly believe that excellent embroidery starts with a solid foundation, which is the digitizing process.
We have extensive knowledge and expertise in meeting the unique technical requirements of different materials like cotton and polyester polos, business shirts, fleecy or stretchy garments, and even caps (using centre-out bottom-up digitizing). Rest assured, our team is fully equipped to handle these varying materials and deliver exceptional results.
We use a two-stage system that checks all the possible defects that can occur in color changes, trims, densities, pull compensation, sequencing, etc., closely following your instructions and specifications.
At our company, we take quality seriously. Before sending you the digitized file, we sew out each design to ensure it runs smoothly on the machine. Additionally, we go the extra mile by providing you with a free digital sew-out for every design we complete. We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with the outcome.
However, if for any reason your customer is still not completely happy, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all our work. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our services. We believe in delivering top-notch digitizing that exceeds your expectations.
We provide a Money Back Guarantee on all our designs if you are not completely satisfied.
We can produce digitized files in any of the following formats: Wilcom(.emb), Pulse(.pxf), Wings(.mis), Melco (dos exp), Tajima(.dst), Toyota, Pfaff, .zsk, .cnd, .fdr, .jef, .pes. If you don't see your format here, ask us anyway, chances are that we will be able to produce it.
We can read all of the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, TIF, EPS, Ai, CDR, PSD etc.
These are the most common formats, but if you have a format not listed here send it anyway, we are pretty good at this. Our favorite is the jpg format. It is generic and can be saved / exported by just about every piece of software available. If you can't send a jpg file and are sending a graphic with the font active, please change the text to curves. Otherwise if our system does not have the font (we don't own every one of them out there) it will substitute a closest match (which may not be what you want). We can fix this, but it is much easier 6 with the text as curves.
